Grit and Polish
I am temporarily out of most kinds of grit and polish until the annual grit co-op in August. Rocks are polished by tumbling in successively finer abrasives and polishes until a high luster shine is achieved. I recommend a four stage process using three grits followed by a polish.
Silicon Carbide, Medium Grit
This is medium Silicon Carbide abrasive for use as the second stage in rock tumbling.
Silicon Carbide, Prepolish
Fine Silicon Carbide abrasive for use as the third (pre-polish) stage in polishing rocks in a rock tumbler.
